Who can use Outzy
Parents and guardians create accounts. Children participate through a parent, we do not allow children to create accounts directly.

Account responsibilities
You are responsible for actions taken under your account. Keep your passkey-bound device safe. If you lose access, contact us; we will not provide passwords because we do not have any.
Acceptable behaviour
No bullying, harassment, doxing, or content that endangers children. Reports are taken seriously and acted on. Repeated violations result in account closure.
Outz currency
Outz is an internal recognition unit, not money. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or otherwise withdrawn.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time from inside the app; access continues until the end of the current period.
Changes
When we change these terms in a meaningful way, we email parents at least 30 days in advance.
Governing law
Dutch law governs these terms; courts in Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
