Why we charge

Pricing questions.

My kid is signed up, do I really need Outzy Family?
No. The kid account is fully usable forever for free. You only need Outzy Family when your child wants to chat with friends or you want to see who they're playing with and set your own challenges.
What does my kid get without Outzy Family?
Friends, play requests, activities, Outz, badges, streaks. AI moderation, block, and report are always on. No ads on any tier.
What is the Apple Family Sharing benefit?
One Outzy Family subscription works for both parents in your Apple Family, install on both phones, no second purchase.
Can I really cancel any time?
Yes, cancellation is one tap inside the app. Access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for. The kid account stays free afterwards.
How is Outzy funded?
By parents who subscribe to Outzy Family. We do not run ads, sell data, or take a cut of Outz. If something on Outzy ever feels like a dark pattern, please tell us, it's a bug.
Why is it cheaper now than €4.99?
Introductory pricing while we grow. We don't hide future increases, anyone subscribed at the intro price keeps that price for as long as the subscription stays active.

Our promise to parents.

Outzy will never become social media. We mean that as a product principle, not a marketing line.
