Built by parents, for parents.
Outzy started with a simple observation: our kids were inside more than ever, and the platforms designed to "connect" them were the reason. We built the opposite.
Our mission.
Help children play outside again, with the friends they choose and the parents they trust. Use technology to push them away from the screen, not into it.
How we make money.
Subscriptions from parents. That's the entire business model. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we don't take a cut on Outz currency. If something on Outzy feels like a dark pattern, it's a bug, please tell us.
What we won't ship.
Outzy will never become social media. We mean that as a product principle, not a marketing line.
- A public feed of any kind.
- Likes, followers, popularity counters.
- Push notifications that try to pull kids back in.
- Cosmetic items kids can buy with Outz.
- Precise GPS tracking of children.
Who we are.
A small team based in the Netherlands. Engineers, one parent of three, one former school nurse. We answer hello@outzy.app ourselves.
